relaxing stay by the river

great breakfasthelpful staffreduced privacy
I appreciated the hotel's location near the town centre. It made exploring easy. breakfast was particularly great, i especially liked the locally sourced options available. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful (always a plus). i found the bed quite comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
the room faced the parking area, it reduced privacy as we had to keep the curtains closed. it made it harder to enjoy natural light during the day. this was a slight downside during my time there.
Rooms
8/10
My room included sufficient hangers inside the wardrobe and a big mirror near the dressing table. It was quite convenient. the soft, big bath sheets were also a nice touch after showering. the room served its purpose well.
Dining
9/10
the main restaurant provided choices of locally sourced dishes, they were well presented. the breakfast selection included comprehensive, freshly cooked items that i found delicious. the whisky bar offered a well-stocked selection for an evening drink.
Location
10/10
The hotel provided convenient access to nearby shops and local attractions, it was easy to walk around. i found the proximity to the river ness added to the peaceful setting. parking was available. This was certainly convenient.
Service
9/10

good locationvaried breakfastnoisy roomuncomfortable bed
the location suited me well, near the riverside, i could easily take a stroll. breakfast included many choices, it provided a good start to my days.
The fire doors sometimes stayed open. Noise from the bar reached my room. i found the single beds old. I didn't find them comfortable.
